Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using LearningJourney, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

What the platform is

LearningJourney is a personalised learning pathway planning tool for the data centre industry. It calculates possible routes of education programmes between your current competences and a target job role, and lets you save and export the plans you generate.

What the platform is not

  • It is not a learning management system — it does not deliver course content.
  • It is not a job board — it does not match you to vacancies.
  • It does not track your progress through a programme once you enrol.

Pathways are guidance, not a guarantee

Routes are calculated from the education and requirement data available to us at the time. Programme content, entry requirements and availability can change after a route is generated. Always confirm current requirements with the education provider before enrolling.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you add to your profile. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to access other users' data without authorisation, submitting false education data on behalf of an institution, or interfering with the normal operation of the service.

Partner institutions

Institutions that manage their own education data are responsible for the accuracy of the programmes, providers and requirements they submit. Data submitted by an institution without self-approval rights is reviewed before it is published.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
