The problem

The data centre industry is growing faster than people can navigate it.

Two worlds collide on every data centre floor — heavy facilities engineering and fast-moving IT. Most education guidance treats them as separate, leaving people unsure how their background translates, or how to cross from one side to the other.

The qualifications landscape doesn't help: EQF levels, ECTS, prerequisites, recognition of prior learning. Real value gets lost in translation. We built the translator.
