Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

LearningJourney is built to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) across the interface, and the API behind it is designed to return structured data that supports accessible rendering.

What we do

• Interactive controls are operable by keyboard, not only by pointer.
• Form fields carry labels and error messages that assistive technology can announce.
• Colour is never the only way information is conveyed.
• Focus is visibly indicated on every interactive element.

Known limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some parts of the platform, particularly newer features, may not yet fully meet this standard. We prioritise fixes based on the impact on real users.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on LearningJourney, please let us know through your institution's CEDCE contact, or via a counsellor if you are working with one, so we can address it.
